Rainbow Hat
This fun and happy rainbow hat is worked in the round using all the colors of the rainbow.
The hat can be knit using this free pattern on Ravelry: Raituli by Marja Suomela. Each of the stripes in the pictured hat consists of 5 or 6 rounds but feel free to make this Rainbow hat your very own.
This kit consists of seven 10g ‘cakes’ of fingering weight naturally plant dyed Peruvian Highland wool. Both superwash & non-superwash yarns may be included.
The following plant materials were used to create the colors of the rainbow:
Logwood, Indigo, Phragmites australis, Goldenrod, Sulphur cosmos, Madder, and Black walnut for the ribbing.
